They may be indicated excluding or including taxes, depending on the client's status.
Delivery costs are indicated when the order is confirmed.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders

8 - Package Verification upon Delivery
In accordance with the conditions imposed by carriers DPD and Chronopost, the customer is required to perform a complete verification of the package and its contents at the time of delivery, even if the outer packaging appears to be in good condition.
The customer must particularly verify:
- the condition of the package
- the presence of all products
- the conformity of the delivered merchandise.
- make precise and detailed reservations on the carrier's delivery slip,
- clearly indicate the number of missing or damaged products.
Examples of valid reservations:
- “Open package – 3 missing products”
- “Damaged carton – 2 broken products”
General statements such as “subject to unpacking” or “damaged package” are not considered admissible reservations by carriers.
Any signature of the delivery slip without precise reservation signifies acceptance of the merchandise in its condition and in its entirety.
Consequently:
- no claim or dispute with the carrier will be accepted if these reservations have not been indicated at the time of delivery.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation applicable to distance selling, consumer customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Only the amount of the returned merchandise will be refunded.
Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
Sales to professionals do not necessarily benefit from the right of withdrawal.
